FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS • What is the difference between the Styling Consultation, Essential and Signature packages? The Styling Consultation is for when you need professional advice and clear direction. Essential gives you a complete design plan for one room to implement yourself. Signature goes a step further with furniture and décor sourcing, curated shopping recommendations and help bringing the room together. • Do you offer online and on-site styling? Yes. Styling services are available online across the UK, with on-site services available in Birmingham and the West Midlands. • How does the on-site service work? Your appointment will be arranged once your payment has been received. I will then confirm the date, time and details of your on-site visit. • Do I need to have a specific style in mind? Not at all. You don't need to know exactly what you want. During our consultation, we'll look at your home, your preferences, how you use the space and what you want to achieve, then develop a direction that feels right for you. • Can you work with furniture and décor I already own? Absolutely. Wherever possible, I will work with what you already have and look at how existing pieces can be repositioned, restyled or incorporated into the new scheme before recommending new purchases. • Do your packages include furniture and décor? No. The package fee covers my professional styling and design service. Furniture, décor, accessories and other products are purchased separately by the client. • Can you source furniture and décor for me? Yes. Furniture and décor sourcing is included in the Signature and Bespoke packages. You will receive curated recommendations and shopping links, making it easier to purchase the pieces selected for your space. • Can you work within my budget? Yes. Your budget is discussed at the beginning of the project and forms part of the design process. Where appropriate, I can provide different price-point options to help you make informed purchasing decisions. • Do I have to buy everything you recommend? No. The recommendations are there to give you a clear direction and make purchasing easier. You remain in control of what you choose to purchase. • Can you purchase the furniture and décor on my behalf? The standard service provides curated recommendations and shopping links rather than purchasing products on your behalf. If you require additional sourcing or purchasing support, this can be discussed as an additional service. • Are delivery and installation included? No. Product costs, delivery, installation and assembly are not included in the package prices unless specifically agreed as part of your project. • Can I add extra services to my package? Yes. If your project develops and you need additional support or services, these can be discussed during the project. Any additional costs will always be agreed with you before the additional work or purchases are undertaken. • When do I pay? Payment is required in full before your service begins. For on-site services, payment must be received before your appointment is confirmed and the visit takes place. • What happens after I make my payment? Once payment has been received, you will receive confirmation of your booking and the next steps. For on-site services, we will arrange a suitable date and time for your visit. For online services, you will receive the details you need for your consultation. • How long does the process take? This depends on the package, the size of the project and how quickly decisions and purchases are made. Your expected timeline will be discussed at the start of your project. • What if I need more support after my package is complete? If you need additional styling, sourcing or design support, you can discuss this with Vesta Home and a separate service or additional fee may be agreed depending on what you need. • Do you offer interior design or interior styling? Vesta Home focuses on interior styling and practical design direction rather than architectural or structural interior design. I can help with layouts, colour, furniture, décor, sourcing and creating a cohesive look, but structural alterations, architectural plans and specialist building work are outside the scope of the service. • Do you work with tradespeople? If your project requires specialist trades or contractors, I can discuss suitable next steps with you. Any third-party services, quotations and costs are separate from Vesta Home's styling fees. • What areas do you cover? Online styling is available across the UK. On-site services are currently available in Birmingham and the West Midlands, with travel outside this area considered on request and potentially subject to an additional travel fee.
